Designation Opening for Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable/ Payable
Job Description Dear Candidate, We are looking for Assistant Manager Accounts for Gurgaon location for a leading Tyre Manufacturing company. Please find the Job Description for this profile: Responsibilities: ->Management of collections and recording of receivables ->Book keeping, closure, reconciliation and reporting of accounts receivables ->Put in place preventive and corrective debt recovery measures ->Alert management in recovery of overdues ->Monitor SLA of collection bank ->Manage referentials in accounting system in accordance with validated procedures as well as Group norms ->Liaise with auxiliary accounting and upstream / downstream services in order to ensure information is updated within prescribed deadlines ->Control various reconciled items in auxiliary accounting (invoice/order, bank statement/payment, receipts/customer lettering, etc.) ->Reconcile auxiliary account balances with general ledger; analyze and correct variances ->Facilitate the stabilization of ERP (Oracle) by proactively identifying issues and resolving them within the framework
