Designation Urgent Opening for Business Development Manager- Ghana
Job Description Dear candidates, Acreaty is looking for Business Development Manager for its ACCRA GHANA office location. Please find the job description for the same: Duties & Responsibilities of BDM The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities. Identify, win and close new business contracts with large multinational companies Develop and manage healthy business Pipeline of prospective customers Attend meetings and sell the services to prospective new customers Negotiate fees Close deals and sign contracts with new customers Understand developments within the client industries and the strategic interests of the client. Strong focus on selling to C (director) level senior management decision makers in large companies Build up extensive Business knowledge and knowledge of Competitors Meet and exceed quarterly and annual personal revenue targets Maintaining strong relationships with clients/ hiring teams/ managers to ensure closures. Experience Requirements ->Up to 10 years of experience. ->Should have an exposure of corporate selling. ->Fair experience in service industry like outsourcing services, recruitment and training & development. ->Candidate who have worked in Africa will be preferred. ->Proven and demonstrable record of winning and closing new business deals with new non-existing clients and meeting yearly targets. This is not an account management role. ->Strong experience selling at Senior Level with ability to generate and communicate unique value propositions. Excellent ability to initiate relationships with new clients, with the ability to influence and persuade ->Significant commercial negotiation experience. Exceptional business and analytical skills ->Very experienced at managing end-to-end sales cycle at a corporate level i.e. client acquisition, lead generation, lead identification, lead presenter at client meetings, putting together detailed proposals, managing client negotiations and closing deals ->Tenacious, deep knowledge and understanding of the process of recruitment. ->Ideally previous industry background might include experiences gained within corporate selling & within service industry like outsourcing, payroll, consulting, recruitment and training & development and knowledge about GHANA market.
