Job Description JD- (1) Organize resources to develop and maintain HR management systems and policies (2) Organize resources to develop and maintain administration systems and policies (3) Establish job description and competency description for every position (4) Establish recruitment channels, procedures, and capability evaluation systems for every position (5) Lead in recruitment for every empty position (6) Establish employee training, individual development, and advancement systems based on competencies (7) Establish and maintain compensation and benefit system (8) Establish and lead the implementation of performance evaluation system (9) Maintain and improve continuously employee relationship and employee satisfaction (10) Maintain a good relationship with local governmental agencies (11) Take part in building corporate culture and organization capacity (12) Review HR management and administration systems on a regular basis to ensure their efficiency (13) Provide necessary support to business as HR business partner (14) Develop and implement departmental budgets in alignment with the Company’s business goals (15) Retain files and documents related to HR management, administration, and business operations (16) Try everything to make sure that the Company’s HR and administration policies are in conformity with laws and Company’s policies INTERESTED APPLICANTS can apply here OR can mail us at
