Role / Responsibilities:

Marketing the available candidates on
benchfor positions all over the US.
Will be marketing the candidates to mid
clients and placing them on contract positions on Corp to corp basis.
Will be working Eastern standard time
Will be working independently building a
database on mid clients

3 confirmed placements per month
new Tier-1/Tier-2 MC to be developed per month

is the technical environment:
Any experience marketing candidates in
Databases, SQL or BI area is preferable.

Must have experience working with H1B/GC/C/EAD
candidates and marketing them for contract positions
Must have experience doing bench sales
Must have an understanding of H1B staffing
model and placement of H1B candidates
Must have experience in building client
relationship, working with tier 1 clients or mid clients
have established deliverable rapport with 5 Tier-1 MC in East/West Coast
have established deliverable rapport with 10 Tier-2 MC in EAST/WEST Coast

describe the work environment / group culture:
We have about 20 people working in the night
shift in our Noida office and about 150 people working during the day shift.
We have employee events that everybody gets

The candidates (3-4) shall be prescreened through
an in-person HR round then the report shall be submitted to Hiring Managerwherein
he will have a Skype interview with the candidate.
Shadabwill do the interview (preferably on
