Position:  Customer care Executive ( Agent)

Location: Nigeria/ Lagos

Education: Any Graduate

Experience:1+ Years

Job Requirements:

Agents who can speak English with no accent

• Agents that have previous outbound sales/telemarketing experience

• Agents who can book appointments & close deals

• Agents that have all the basic computer skills

• Agents that have fast & reliable internet

• Agents that a reliable place to work i.e. : office, home etc..

• Have prior experience calling on US businesses/business owners

• Agents that can work 8am – 5pm PST US time.

• Agents who can make 150 calls per day and deliver 3 1⁄2 hours of talk time

• Each closer must produce a minimum of 20 deals per month

• Each appointment setter/telemarketer must produce a minimum of 10 deals per month

• Attributes: Quick Learners, Strong Ethics, and Reliable
