Make & maintain market mapping for the region with the help of
Sales & Application team.
Map competition in terms of pricing & strategies.
Devise region-level strategy for business conversion based on
opportunities identified in the region; get buy-in from Sales & Application
Provide product engineering support to branches & dealers -
drawing approvals, specification selection, pricing, conducting trials
Liaison with affiliates directly to get product recommendations,
technical details, standard & special ATPs.
Take pricing decisions in discussion with central Product Manager.
Co-ordinate with the process team for new product inputs and
Conduct trials & standardize products before product launch.
Support sales team in introduction of new products.
with required departments for complaint resolution.
Ensure technical closure of critical complaints in the field.
Achieve targeted sales through business development.
