Hiring for Admission Manager(Female)
Job Description

 

Development and Communications

 

  • Achieving enrolment targets each year across various grades, categories and demographics.
    •  ‘Open Days’ at school drawing participation from various clubs, societies, corporations etc.
    • Driving school’s participation/ presence in various activities, events, clubs.
  • Building relationships with Corporate, Re-Location companies, Clubs, Forums, Business/ Social organizations, Residential Societies, Embassies, Indian Consulates overseas etc.
  • Identifying student markets and follow up.
  • Outreach initiatives and outdoor activities

 

Admissions

 

  • Showing prospective parents around the school and giving all necessary information.
  • Follow up for conversion of enquiries into registrations
  • Ensuring receipt of all necessary student information
  • Liaise with and assist Admissions for interview and admission process
  • Follow up to close admission

 

Camps

 

  • Assisting in identifying suitable timing and nature to organize various camps at different times of the year for students from different countries such as
    • Language Camps
    • Cultural and See India camps

 

Sponsorships and Corporate sales

 

  • Drawing sponsorships for various school events
  • Endowments for scholarships
  • Uses of School during holidays – selling to corporates etc for workshops

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Data Management & Reporting

 

  • Maintaining month wise updated data of prospective parents/ enquiries – regular communication and follow up
  • Maintaining lists of deferred admissions/ future years admissions – regular communication and follow up
  • Report of each promotional event, participation in exhibition etc.
  • Post event analysis of various marketing vehicles and promotional activities
  • Tracking of EXEAT, ID and Insurance Cards of students

 

School Development

 

  • All functions of Asst Manager admissions as and when required
  • All functions of Admissions Executive as and when required
  • Keeping updated information of number of students and their categories, available spaces in each grade and each hostel
  • Receiving Admission Applications
  • Checking and Following up on documentation
  • Assist in arranging interviews and examinations
  • Follow up for further documentation
  • Ensuring receipt of all necessary forms, declarations, indemnities etc.
  • Updating student information such as conversion in status etc. school’s ERP
  • Preparing lists for various section Principals and departments as required
  • Handling the withdrawal process – withdrawal form from parent and clearance from various departments
  • Guiding parents the right channel and person for their queries/concerns. Following up.
