Act as primary IT contact for direct user within the organization. Management & Responsible of any IT escalation issue for All Rhenus offices, driving/ guiding Team to achieve task and improving support for all IT related functions: on operational support, application support and service delivery.
Provide direct in-house & outdoor support and administration for Rhenus’s corporate resources, tools and applications and driving performance.
Effective planning, management and prioritization of all IT escalations. Responsible for support and maintenance of local, cloud server, network resources including LAN/WAN/Internet and Firewall, etc and ensuring, monitoring of 100% Network up time at all Rhenus offices across India.
Management & interaction of local/ outdoor vendor/ supplier relationship in the developing and maintaining service level agreements for all our remote corporate offices and ongoing management of service level compliance and assist in driving the support knowledge base.
Develop, coordinate and lead PAN India for any IT Projects and initiatives. Drive communication and priority to complete IT Projects on before due date and to ensure constancy across organization.
Manage new technology evaluations, priorities and decisions in alignment with business requirements IT roadmaps.
Management of entire IT activities for PAN India including, central IT procurement and approval, AMC Renewals, IT vendor and supplier coordination on time to time.
IT Vendor management for PAN India level for any IT related requirements, implementation, Procurements, etc. & get the cost analysis and comparison between vendors and suggestion to put in front of Management for approval.
