Sourcing profiles through Job portals, Social Networking sites, referrals as per the requirement. Suggest innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipeline. Getting in touch with acquisitions partners to source candidates. Screen prospective candidates and coordinating with the candidates, interviewing & selection process, extending the offer. Ensuring the compliance is completed for the candidates placed. Maintenance of the Recruitment MIS for the healthcare vertical. Strong decision making skills.
