HR Analyst (Ramco -HCM)
1.Involved in seamless implementation of Ramco HCM Implementation in the Organization’s various offices spanning across geographies INTERNATIONAL with multiple stakeholders.
2.Coordinate and review data including tracking and identifying of issues or discrepancies.
3.Interact with various local HR teams & management and front face with the ERP technical team for entire movement of HR processes from manual to ERP environment.
4.Scope out clear objectives, deliverables and timelines for the implementation and work to ensure its success.
5.Effectively document and automate HR policies for both local and corporate employees.
6.Give training to new staff and make them familiar with the system.
7.Travelled to Singapore for implementation at corporate office.
8.Has thorough understanding of International statutory requirements.
9.End to end planning for implementation (Business Function Study, Requirement Finalization, Project Scoping, Risk Management and 10.Execution Control Planning/Monitoring till timely & quality based delivery & closure, for Large as well as mid- size geographies.
11.Implement approved and assigned Change Requests (CR) as required.
12.Lead the development of all new requirements with the technical team.
13.Execute thorough testing and regression testing on programs that have been enhanced or changed.
14.Ensure compliance with standards, templates, checklist and guidelines is maintained and contribute to their development.
15.Assist with knowledge transfer to other teams and team members (HR).
16.Update component test documentation such as test conditions, test data, and test scripts as required by assigned CRs.
17.Maintain professional and good working relationships with internal customers and other team members.
18.Manage the HRMIS reports and data analysis for all geo’s.
19.Assist the Corporate HR in preparing HR analytical data for all geos.
20.Coordinating / Assisting Deloitte team in preparing ‘To be SOP’ for all geo’s.
