Acreaty Management is looking to fill several US Recruiter positions for It’s US Operations.
These positions will be based out of  Work From Home.
Work Timings: EST Time
Location: Remote Job / Work From Home 
Benefits: Fixed Salary+ Phone Reimbursement + Incentive
Job Type: Full-time and 5 days working

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should good work experience in us staffing.
  • Responsible for hands on recruitment for job  received from US Clients .
  • Proficient in Using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other job boards. 
  • Good in Handling C2C and w2 requirement.
  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

  • Experience required: 1 to 5 yrs

Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
1 to 5 yrs of experience in US Recruitment.
Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings).
Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).

1+ years of experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for requirements.
Qualified candidate should have the understanding of US staffing hiring process
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Experience:Technical Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred).

Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
1+ years of experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for requirements.
