Hiring a General Manager
A strong office management/administrative management/operations leadership background in the textile, garment accessories and packaging industry.
Direct and administrate branch office’s daily works ( including office work and production work) and fulfill tasks in accordance with the group objectives and policies.
Work closely and coordinate with headquarter and other branches for all sorts of tasks, including task follow-up and implementation.
Team building and management, target oriented with high efficiency, proper work arrangement, detailed and accurate assignments for team members, preparing for payroll; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment / raw material procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures;
Keeps the management informed by reviewing and specifying analysis reports as requested;
Achieves financial objectives by creating the annual budget; expenditures scheduling; variances analyzing and initiating correction.
Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting process. Ensure all accounting procedure compliance with company goals and local laws.
