Job Description

The key activities which the Inside Sales Team would do is as under :
Dealing customers, listening their queries and resolving them ASAP.
Handling all service activities.
Resolving all type of service complaints.
Guiding & leading team members to delight customers.
Maintaining monthly and daily service related reports.
Maintaining relationship with existing customers via telephone calls.
Responding incoming emails and phone queries
Customer support & Sales Coordinator
Making Outbound Calls and receive calls 
Organizing customer meet.

Note: This Job will be on Third Party Payroll.
