Job Description
Responsible for end to end recruitment process .
Responsible for closing all the open positions- full time & contract.
Stakeholder management .
Screening, scheduling the interview with panel and closure.
Maintaining Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.
Advertise and posting it in different channels.
Support weekend recruitment drive and Campus placements .
Job Requirements:
Masters in HRM with 5 – 8 years’ Mandatory experience in recruitment function for Automotive Tier1/ OEM/ Engineering based company & have handled the above mentioned responsibilities. Should be open to support/ handle other functions of HR based on the business need.
