Job Description

Sales Coordinator 
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the competence of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to grievances from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or glitches. 
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Obtain approvals from seniors to maximize teams performance and smooth functioning.
Skill and Qualification required
  • Good computer skills (will like pro MS excel one). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
  • *candidate should be from Freight Forwarding only.
